Heejae Chang

Heejae Chang is an Associate at the Williams Law Group, LLC and devotes the majority of her litigation to Family Law. Heejae exclusively practices family law and related matters, including all aspects of divorce, separation, custody and parenting time, relocation, emergent applications, alimony and child support, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, mediation, arbitration, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters. Heejae is compassionate and strives to make what is often a very stressful and taxing time as smooth as possible for her clients. Heejae develops a professional and meaningful relationship with her clients and upholds the highest levels of professionalism, respect, and diligence in her practice. While Heejae is very compassionate, she is just as fierce in her advocacy and fights wholeheartedly for her clients’ interests. Heejae received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from George Mason – Antonin Scalia Law School, where she served as a student advocate attorney for the Mental Illness Law Clinic and assisted the Assistant County Attorney for commitment hearings. Heejae received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Rutgers University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Heejae prides herself on the relationships she is able to forge with her clients and on zealously advocating for her clients and for the best interests of their children. Heejae is honest and transparent in her representation. Heejae discusses all options with her clients and possible outcomes and works fervently to create the best legal strategy for each of her clients that optimizes their chances of obtaining what they want.
