James C. Jensen

James C. Jensen is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice in various litigation matters. Mr. Jensen concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of matrimonial/family law, workers' compensation, personal injury law and municipal court. Throughout his career, he has also handled many various types of civil litigation, and has represented many clients in real estate matters. Mr. Jensen joined the law firm as a partner in January 2007. Prior to that time, Mr. Jensen had run his own successful law practice in Morristown, New Jersey. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Jensen became familiar with virtually every aspect of litigation matters and represented individual clients and small companies. Mr. Jensen has served on the Morris County Superior Court Early Settlement Matrimonial Panel for 13 years. He has tried many divorce and custody cases with successful results. He has resolved a United States District Court vaccine injury case fund which resulted in a net settlement to his client in excess of $17 million. He has been certified by the Supreme Court as a court appointed mediator. In his career, he has lectured before the Association of Legal Secretaries and has been a legal analyst on a local radio station.
