Jill Horton

Jill received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College in 1989 and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University of School of Law-Newark in 1992. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. While at Rutgers, she was a member of the Computer and Technology Law Journal. Following graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk to the late Honorable Nicholas Mandak, Assignment Judge of the Passaic County Superior Court. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Bergen County Alumnae Chapter and recently retired from the Board of Directors of the Northern New Jersey Fair Housing Council. Jill is a member of the bar in both New Jersey and New York and her practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment agreements, residential, commercial and industrial real estate, personal injury, workers’ compensation, estate planning, administration and disputes, corporate formation and disputes.
