John E. Jenkins

John E. "Jack" Jenkins is a graduate of Fordham University Law School. Before becoming of counsel to Lubiner & Schmidt, he was in-house counsel at UBS PaineWebber and Shearson Lehman Brothers, and had been associated with major law firms, Drinker Biddle & Reath, Gibbons, DelDeo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione (then known as Crummy DelDeo), and Webster & Sheffield. Jack has handled all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, for over 20 years. He has particularly extensive experience in securities arbitration, handling over 100 such matters, including dozens of arbitration hearings and mediations. He has also handled a wide variety of commercial litigation, including construction litigation, employment disputes, products liability, and contract disputes. Jack is admitted to the bars of the states of New York and New Jersey, the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and to the United States Court of International Trade.
