Joseph Nitti Esq.

Joe has been in private practice since 1986 and has primarily focused his practice in the area of matrimonial law and personal injury litigation. Joe is a certified mediator and collaboratively trained lawyer and serves on the court's Early Settlement Panel to assist the court is resolving cases before trial. Throughout many years of handling family law matters, Joe has always offered his clients several options toward resolving their issues. As a litigator he vigorously advocates for his clients and will take the dispute to trial when a favorable outcome can not be achieved through other means. However, the vast majority of cases settle without much litigation. It is therefore important that an attorney has the skills to resolve matters by persuasion. Over the many years of practice Joe has developed excellent negotiation skills that have helped resolve difficult cases through the mediation process. In addition to litigation, Joe offers his clients and other referring attorneys alternate dispute methods. As a certified mediator and collaborative trained attorney, Joe is able to give his clients options that they may not have with other family law attorneys when it comes to resolving a dispute. Joe offers personal one on one communication with his clients. The clients come first and he works closely with them throughout the entire case.
