Kevin L. Parsons

Mr. Parsons was born and raised in Ocean County. In 1998, he graduated with Honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. In 2001, Mr. Parsons received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where his academic distinction earned him a Faculty Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Prior to forming Hanus & Parsons with his partner, Michael J. Hanus, Mr. Parsons was a partner with a large personal injury law firm, where for almost two decades he represented injured individuals. Mr. Parsons is admitted to practice law by the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court, and the Vermont Supreme Court. He practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law, including construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and accidents arising from defective products. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Parsons was named by Super Lawyers magazine as a “Rising Star.” Since 2014, he has been named a Super Lawyer**. He is Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by the Supreme Court of New Jersey due to his extensive experience as a trial attorney. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Vermont.
