Laura M. Danks

Ms. Danks focuses her practice in general litigation throughout the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a concentration in insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. She has successfully defended clients and their insureds in a wide range of areas including premises liability, construction accidents, DRAM shop claims, civil rights claims, employment matters, consumer fraud, and claims against public entities. She also has extensive experience representing landlords in leasing and evictions, and representing lending institutions and credit issuing entities in commercial litigation and collections.
