Maged W. Hanna

Maged leads our substantial creditors’ rights practice and supervises our collection department. He focuses his practice on litigating civil cases in the areas of creditors’ rights, personal injury, and employment law (prosecution and defense of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims). Maged also has extensive experience in providing advice and services to employers with regard to employment matters and litigation. Maged has broad experience in business and real estate transactions and litigation. Maged continues to represent defendants in criminal matters pending in the Superior and Municipal Courts throughout the State of New Jersey.
