Mark Gabriel Esq.

Mark received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Drew University in 2003 and obtained his law degree from the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mark served as a student advocate in the Juvenile and Special Education Law Clinic as well as the Housing and Consumer Law Clinic. Upon obtaining his law degree, Mark enjoyed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable James J. Guida, J.S.C., of the Bergen County Superior Court, Family Part. Before joining Moskowitz Law Group, Mark served as a senior associate at Lyons & Associates, P.C., focusing his practice on complex matrimonial and family law-related matters, including but not limited to divorce, property division, alimony, child custody, and parenting time issues, child support, adoption, post-judgment litigation, prenuptial agreements, appellate practice, abuse and neglect, and domestic violence.
