Michael A. Weinberg

Michael Weinberg is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. Michael has previously served as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the Camden County Bar Association Family Law Section. He has been honored by being named in several editions of Best Lawyers in America and received the honor of “Lawyer of the Year” for Family Law in Cherry Hill by Best Lawyers in America 2022. Michael is a frequent lecturer on matrimonial topics before various groups, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Business Institute. His written articles have been published in the New Jersey Family Lawyer, where he serves as an Associate Managing Editor. He has also appeared on the television programs “Legal Lines” and “Legally Speaking” to discuss recent New Jersey matrimonial law developments. Michael represents high-net-worth individuals, business executives, entrepreneurs, and their spouses in complex and sensitive divorce and other matrimonial matters. This includes negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and representing individuals involved in contested child custody and support matters. Michael also makes himself available to serve as a mediator or arbitrator in family law cases. He has been an active member of the state and local New Jersey matrimonial bar and serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties.
