Michael C Damm

Michael C. Damm is a shareholder in Selikoff & Cohen. Michael has represented unions and union members before the Division of Workers' Compensation, the Public Employment Relations Commission, the Office of Administrative Law, and other state agencies; in municipal court and state trial and appellate courts; and in TEACHNJ and other teacher tenure proceedings for more than 30 years. Areas of expertise include workers' compensation, workplace accommodation and discrimination claims, tenure rights claims, unfair labor practices, tenure charges and other disciplinary matters. Michael manages the firm's workers' compensation practice.
