Michael J. Reilly

Michael J. Reilly is an employment attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals in the workplace and beyond. He represents clients in cases involving civil rights violations, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and school bullying matters. His practice is driven by the belief that every person deserves dignity and respect, whether in their job, their community, or their school. Michael earned his B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College before attending Rutgers Law School in Camden, where he developed his passion for advocacy and civil rights. Since then, he has built a career centered on standing up for individuals against powerful institutions ensuring that voices too often ignored are heard. Outside of his legal work, Michael lives in Haddon Heights, New Jersey, with his wife, two sons, and the family poodle. He is active in the local community and enjoys attending his sons’ various activities and playing in an adult baseball league.
