Pamela Lynn Brause

Attorney Pamela Lynn Brause is a partner at the firm, and has been practicing since 1982. She has been admitted to the New Jersey State Bar since 1982, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 1982, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court since 1992. Ms. Brause graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College in 1979, and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 1982. She is a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. She serves as a Middlesex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist, and as a 2014-2015 Middlesex County Bar Foundation Trustee. She has also served on the Middlesex County Assignment Judge's Criminal Lawyers Committee and as co-chair of the Middlesex County Bar Association Criminal Committee. She has lectured on criminal trial practice and attorney ethics, has appeared as a guest commentator on Court TV She has also been interviewed on ABC, NBC, and CBS News on cases in the news, such as the "Sayreville Seven," in which she represented one of the Sayreville High School football players accused of hazing. She has considerable litigation experience throughout the Courts of New Jersey, having tried more than 100 cases, including capital murder trials, civil lawsuits and workers' compensation, and divorce and custody hearings.
