Renee C. Vidal

Ms. Vidal concentrates her practice in estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law. Her specialty incorporates matters such as business succession planning, tax advice, contract drafting, estate plan drafting, preparation of estate and gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns; corporate business and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, preparation of shareholder agreements and operating agreements and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements/non-competition agreements.
