Richard D. Stanzione

Richard D. Stanzione has been practicing in New Jersey since 1974. His practice focuses on probate matters including estate administration, litigation and planning. He continues to practice in commercial and residential real estate, including land use and zoning. He also emphasizes commercial litigation and condemnation. Richard works closely with clients with a practical approach using his experience as a litigator and businessman to seek the most effective way to achieve their objectives. Richard earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C. He practiced in Washington D.C. 1970-74 with an emphasis on criminal defense trial work. Currently he is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, previously serving as a member of the Committee on Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments.
