Richard J. Murray Esq.

Rich Murray is one of the relatively few Civil Trial Attorneys certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and has extensive experience in representing employees who have been wrongfully terminated because of discrimination (age, gender, ethnic, disability, etc.), because they reporting wrongdoing, and when they were subjected to retaliation and a hostile work environment. His practice encompasses not only litigation, but also severance agreements and noncompete agreements , disability and medical leave issues. Mr. Murray received his undergraduate degree and his juris doctorate from Rutgers University. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Assonciation, the National Employment Lawyers Association - New Jersey (NELA-NJ), American Association for Justice (a Trial Lawyers Association), the State Bar Association of New Jersey and of the Morris County Bar Association Labor & Employment Committee. He is admitted to the New Jersey state and federal District Court bars, as well as the bar of the United States Supreme Court. He served on the Executive Board of the NELA-NJ for many years and was Co-Chair for the Programming Committee, presenting many programs to its members on trial practice and employment law.
