Samantha Figueroa Latif Esq.

Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University. She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Prior to becoming an attorney, Samantha worked as legal secretary and then as a paralegal. While she was in law school she interned in the Family Law Division of Essex County Legal Services and interned for Gregg Rubenstein. She also worked as a trainer and supervisor for the Courtroom Advocates Project, which was a program that allowed students to appear as student advocates in restraining order proceedings in New York Family Courts. After graduating from Seton Hall, Samantha formally began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher D. Rafano in the Middlesex County Family Court, where she gained invaluable experience and insight into the family court system. Upon completing her clerkship, Samantha began working as an associate for Gregg Rubenstein. During her time working for Gregg, she has expanded her knowledge of and commitment to the practice of family law.
