Scott D. Samansky Esq.

Scott D. Samansky is a trial attorney since 1990. He was law clerk to The Honorable Frances M. Cocchia, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County after receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore. Upon completing his judicial clerkship, Mr. Samansky entered the private sector beginning as an associate with a law firm concentrating in premises and automobile litigation matters. He now handles a variety of negligence cases including premises liability, professional liability, worker's compensation, and automobile accident in both the State and Federal Courts. Mr. Samansky has appeared before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and on numerous occasions before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. In addition to litigation, Mr. Samansky represents parties involved in real estate transactions. He is a member of the State of New Jersey, District of Columbia, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey bars. He has served as a member of the Board of Education in Springfield, New Jersey and remains active in his community as a coach for various youth sports programs.
