Scott M. McPherson

Scott is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury recovery, Workers’ Compensation and employment discrimination. Less than 2% of New Jersey attorneys hold the “certified” distinction. Scott has tried numerous cases to verdict and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Scott was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2014 through 2021. Scott is a member of both the New Jersey Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association. Scott serves on the New Jersey Bar Associations Automobile Litigation and No Fault Special Committee. Scott also serves on the Monmouth County Facilities Committee. Scott has lectured in the area of legal research. Scott served as the Attorney-Coach for the Red Bank Regional High School Mock Trial Team from 2017-2018 academic year through the 2023-2024 academic year. Prior to that, Scott volunteered as a judge of the Monmouth County Mock Trial Competition. Scott has also volunteered as a judge of Seton Hall Law School’s Gressman Moot Court Competition.
