Sean Wirth

Sean Wirth is an Associate attorney in the Firms Family Department firm’s Family Department. Sean handles all matrimonial matters including divorce, domestic violence, pre-nuptial agreements, child custody, parenting time, alimony, and child support. Prior to joining the Firm, Sean served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard W. English, Monmouth County Superior Court, Family Division. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. In 2013, Sean completed an Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and participated in the Hugh B. Pearce Trial Competition.In 2018 and 2020 Sean received recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Sean previously served as an adjunct professor at Brookdale Community College teaching Family Law to students in the Paralegal program. He spoke at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s 2016 Annual Meadowlands Seminar and the Boardwalk Seminar. This three-day seminar was exclusively designed to meet the continuing educational requirements of trial attorneys and features outstanding local and regional speakers along with top national speakers. He also spoke at 4th Annual CLE End-Of-Year New Jersey Matrimonial Law Seminar presented by New Jersey Legal Training Academy, LLC.Sean believes that our Firms ability to tailor a team of professionals to specifically address your situation gives his clients a unique advantage that other attorneys may not be able to offer. In his free time Sean enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and is a huge fan of the NY Giants, NY Yankees, and NY Knicks. Sean currently resides in Middlesex County with his Wife and twin boys.
