About Sergio Rojas Esq.
Mr. Rojas was educated at Rutgers University (B.A. in History, with high honors), University of Miami School of Law (J.D.), and Fordham University School of Law (LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, Finance Law). While at Miami Law, he served as President of the Federalist Society, of which he remains an active member. After graduating law school, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael A. Petrolle, J.S.C. and Hon. Alfonse J. Cifelli, J.S.C. of the Essex County Superior Court – Criminal Division. In August of 2024 he joined Durkin & Durkin, LLC as an associate attorney. Mr. Rojas is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
