Seth R. Parker

Seth focuses his practice in all aspects of family law, particularly matrimonial law matters. He routinely represents clients in cases involving dissolution, non-dissolution, domestic violence, spousal and child support, equitable distribution, custody and parenting time. He has been involved in appellate proceedings regarding the return of abducted children as well as multiday custody and relocation trials. Additionally, Seth is well-versed in drafting and enforcing prenuptial agreements.
