Silvana D. Raso

Silvana D. Raso heads Schepisi & McLaughlin, P.A.'s family law practice and counsels clients in all phases of matrimonial law including divorce, custody and visitation issues, domestic violence matters, prenuptial agreements, as well as post-judgment and appellate matters. Silvana makes her clients and their goals her top priority. Her singular focus is to provide clients with a high level of service to help them achieve their objectives as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. Among colleagues and clients alike, Silvana is regarded as a diligent yet reasonable advocate who puts her client’s needs first. In 2018, Silvana achieved the title of Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney, which certification is awarded by the New Jersey Supreme Court to only two percent of attorneys in New Jersey who demonstrate substantial experience, education and skill in matrimonial law and only to those who are favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges.
