Stephan G. Bachelder

STEPHAN G. BACHELDER is also a partner with Bachelder and Associates, P.A. in Portland, ME. Mr. Bachelder was born in Pullman, Washington on August 24, 1949. He is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia (1977), New York (1980) and Maine (1987). Mr. Bachelder graduated from Middlebury College (A.B., with honors, 1971) and Washington & Lee University Law School (J.D., 1976). While there, Mr. Bachelder was the Note and Comment Editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review (1975-1976). Mr. Bachelder co-authored "Employee Plan Investment in Commodity Futures," Washington & Lee Law Review, 1980. He is a member of the Cumberland County, Maine State, and New York State Bar Associations. Mr. Bachelder concentrates his practice in the areas of employee benefits, ERISA, executive compensation, and corporate law.
