Timothy J. Curry

Timothy J. Curry is an associate attorney at Fava Law, LLC. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business from The College of New Jersey and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2018. While in law school, Timothy studied all available classes regarding family law and spent a summer interning for the New Jersey Deputy Attorney General in the Children and Families Department. Shortly after law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Freda L. Wolfson, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Timothy also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark B. Shoemaker in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Cumberland County. As a law clerk, Timothy gained exposure to all family law matters, including divorce, domestic violence, non-dissolution matters, and matters involving the Division of Child Protection & Permanency. For the past three years, Timothy’s practice has been focused on all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, child support and domestic violence. Timothy J. Curry is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Sussex County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.
