William G. Wright

As Co-Chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group and a Shareholder in the, Business & Tax, Banking & Bankruptcy, and Litigation Groups, Mr. Wright concentrates his practice in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. He has represented banks and other financial institutions for over 30 years. In that time, he has prosecuted and defended, among other bankruptcy matters, fraudulent conveyances, preferences, objections to claims, plan confirmations, cash collateral orders, motions for relief from stay and lease assumptions and rejections. He has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania including multiple appearances before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
