Bertrand Russell Parnall

Ever since launching Parnall Law in 2009, Bert Parnall has focused on trying to make lives better for people who have been injured through no fault of their own. Parnall spent his childhood in remote parts of the world, which provided valuable early experience that helped to create the lawyer he is today. While pursuing a major in history and French at Rice University in the early 1990s, he spent a year studying at La Sorbonne in Paris. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Parnall attended the University of Mexico School of Law. Parnall spent four years as a prosecutor in the most violent county in New Mexico. His work there provided a sense of satisfaction that he was helping to make lives better for crime victims, but he wanted to have a more direct hand in working for crime victims and injury victims and decided to move into personal injury plaintiff’s work. Even with a busy law firm to run Bert has spent time giving back to the community through the Rotary Club of Albuquerque, Albuquerque Public Schools Foundation, Popejoy, Make a Wish Foundation and his partnership with Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
