Brian J. Murray

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, the youngest of three. Grew up camping with the family and playing all kinds of sports, particularly hockey, football, and lacrosse. Played Rugby at Boston College, MA where I earned a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy in 1999. Following graduation, I returned to Long Island and obtained my J.D. from Hofstra University Law School, in 2002 and passed the New York State Bar later that year. At my first legal job, I worked for a firm specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation, which enabled me to gain experience at trying cases. From there I went on to work as in-house counsel for insurance carriers at Geico, Progressive, and Plymouth Rock Assurance, as well as a trial firm for various other carriers. I earned a reputation as being a successful trial attorney, which led to management opportunities. I gained a reputation as being a successful trial attorney, which led to management opportunities. When I graduated college and began Law School, I joined my hometown volunteer Fire Department. As an active member, I found great joy in giving back to my community and helping those around me. I have looked to do the same in my professional career. My wife and I married in 2005 and lived on Long Island our entire lives. During the pandemic, my family and I decided we were ready for a new adventure which led us to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the Parnall Law Firm, LLC. I am joining Parnall Law Firm, LLC at the perfect time in my career. After working for Insurance Companies for over 18 years, I finally can get back to helping people in my community; fighting for justice for injured victims, is exactly what I was looking for at this stage in my career.
