Dennis Banning Esq

Dennis has practiced law since 2000, and has achieved a great reputation among the courts and the legal community in New Mexico. He has been awarded the Silver Client Champion Award from Martindale Hubbell. Dennis practices Bankruptcy Law, Family Law, and Probate Law. Dennis is particularly well regarded among the bankruptcy court and bankruptcy legal community in New Mexico for his practice of debtor/creditor law representing debtors and creditors. Most of his representation focused on individuals and businesses needing debt relief under the bankruptcy code. Dennis has had success representing banks and landlords as well. During his career representing individuals and businesses, Dennis has filed over 1300 bankruptcies covering Chapters 7, 11, and 13. Across all of his practice areas, Dennis is extraordinarily compassionate and focuses on getting the best outcome for his clients. Dennis graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.A. in History and from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
