Aaron J. Everhart

AARON J. EVERHART, admitted to practice law in the State of New York, was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Aaron joined Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. in 2022 as an associate. He received his B.A. from Winthrop University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School. While at Cornell, Aaron served as Online Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal and was a passionate advocate for clients of the Cornell Capital Punishment Clinic, assisting in their appeals. After graduating law school, Aaron received a fellowship with the District of Columbia Government’s 2019 Capital City Fellows Program. As a Capital City Fellow, and later as an analyst with the District of Columbia Government, Aaron performed a variety of roles in areas of administrative law, contract drafting and review, policy review and development, operational programming, and program implementation. In 2022, Aaron exited civil service and entered private practice with Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C., where his current practice concentrates on real estate litigation. Aaron has spent his entire life along the East Coast, including several years in Long Island, upstate New York, the District of Columbia, Delaware, and South Carolina. He is an avid boulderer, enjoys playing music and singing, and spends his leisure time reading about history.
