Adam Konta is a Senior Partner at the Manhattan based law firm of Konta, Georges & Buza, P.C. The firm concentrates on Criminal Defense, Civil Rights and Personal Injury cases. Mr. Konta has been practicing law since 2006, where he began his career at a prestigious Criminal Defense law firm in Richmond, Virginia, assisting in high level felonies. Mr. Konta primarily represents clients charged with various Criminal offenses, as well as victims of Civil Rights Violations. He has successfully defended people charged with Enterprise Corruption (Organized Crime), Attempted Murder, Rape, Sex Trafficking, Robbery, Drug Offenses, DWI and Assault. Mr. Konta has extensive White Collar experience including Securities Crimes, Embezzlement, Bank, Wire and Mail Fraud and Grand Larceny. Mr. Konta is admitted to practice law in New York State and in Federal Court, in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association. Earlier in his legal career, Mr. Konta worked as a public defender in New York City representing individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies.
