Adam David Goldstein

Adam David Goldstein is an attorney at Cobert Haber & Haber whose practice focuses on all aspects of Matrimonial and Family Law. Adam began his career in Matrimonial Law writing drafts of judicial opinions for the Administrative Judge of the Matrimonial Part in Kings County Supreme Court. There he gained invaluable insight into judicial reasoning which guides his approach to providing effective strategies and solutions to his clients. Adam now represents litigants from all backgrounds, navigating them through the divorce process with equal parts calculation and compassion. Adam is also certified in Divorce Mediation by the New York State Unified Court System, having completed extensive training in counseling parties who are mutually seeking to resolve matters without court intervention. He frequently applies these same techniques with litigants to manage personalities and achieve favorable negotiated settlements. In addition to his primary focus on Matrimonial matters, Adam has experience in areas of civil litigation and transactional work.
