Adam Gottbetter

Adam Gottbetter worked on corporate and securities transactions at At Gottbetter & Partners. Majority of Adam Gottbetter’s practice is focused on corporate and securities transactions. Other than this Gottbetter’s portfolio includes legal matters which are in relation to company financings, their mergers and acquisitions. Adam Gottbetter is also specialized in counseling investors on various financing strategies and structures. As an addition to this, Gottbetter is involved in counseling company’s Boards of Directors on corporate governance matters, fiduciary duty issues, the Business Judgment Rule, and has an advisory role when conducting independent investigations. Mr. Gottbetter is a graduate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a J.D. He enrolled at the college in 1994 where Adam became a part of the Moot Court Team. Gottbetter received his B.S. in legal finance from Merith University School of Business and Economics in 1991. Adam Gottbetter is a corporate and securities transactions attorney and expert witness in corporate and securities litigation matters which also includes legal malpractice and ethics issues. Adam comes with great experience gathered over many years of legal practice which encompasses all stages of the corporate life cycle for public and private companies and their executives. This includes all phases of capital formation and corporate transactions from start up venture capital and private placements through IPOs and ongoing SEC reporting, executive employment, compensation and benefits, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and other reorganizations and takeover contests. In the office Adam Gottbetter is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York. Adam S. Gottbetter is respected member of the American Bar Association and of the ABA's Committee on Business Law. Adam is also a Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities, including Subcommittees on reporting companies, international securities matters, and structured financing. At one time chairman, Mr. Gottbetter is now a member of the Executive Board of the Men’s Division of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. For the past couple of years he is a Member of the Leadership Council at Lehigh University and a Member of the Board of Governors of The Core Club.
