Amy C. Keller

Amy Keller represents personal injury victims and works to recover monetary damages on their behalf. She is experienced in successfully handling a wide array of legal proceedings including jury trials, bench trials, arbitration hearings, as well as matters before New York State’s appellate court. Ms. Keller advocates for the rights of individuals who have suffered injuries in virtually all types of accidents including: Construction Accidents; Defective Products; Dog Bites; Injury on Property; Motor Vehicle Accidents; and Slip and Fall Accidents Ms. Keller also represents survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She pursues justice for clients under New York State’s Child Victim’s Act. Prior to joining Lipsitz Green, Ms. Keller served as Senior Social Services Attorney for the Steuben County Department of Social Services. In that role, she was a zealous advocate in matters related to child abuse and neglect, termination of parental rights, and persons in need of supervision.
