Andrew Macurdy

Andrew Macurdy is a member of the firm's litigation and antitrust/competition practice groups, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has experience litigating matters in both federal and state courts, as well as responding to federal antitrust merger investigations. Mr. Macurdy maintains a significant pro bono practice. He is currently assisting in an individual's appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He has filed amicus curie briefs on behalf of pro bono clients before the Sixth, Eighth, and Tenth Circuits. Mr. Macurdy graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Economics from Swarthmore College as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
