PUBLICATIONS Contributing author "No-Fault and Uninsured Motorist Automobile Insurance", Matthew Bender 1984 Mr. Spitz has been practicing law for 33 years. He has handled thousands of dispositive motions and appeals on such topics as municipal liability, premises liability, Labor Law, products liability and automotive liability. He has handled over 125 appeals before all four New York State Appellate Division Judicial Departments, New York State Court of Appeals, and United State Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Andy has lectured at Continuing Legal Education seminars for Orange County attorneys on such topics as Labor Law. Mr. Spitz is married with three children. He is an avid bicyclist and enjoys playing racquetball.
