Anna Ivanenko Gavrysh, Esq. joined Futterman Lanza, LLP as an Associate in December 2024. She became an attorney and developed passion to help her clients with their estate planning needs after working as a paralegal for seven years handling various elder law matters, including estate planning, Medicaid Planning, probate, administration, estate litigation, and Article 81 guardianships. Anna Gavrysh has worked with many clients preparing numerous estate planning documents, handled probate administration cases, and Medicaid applications and other related elder law matters. She participates in mediations with litigated estate proceedings. She receives court appointments as a Court Evaluator on Article 81 guardianship proceedings in Queens and Kings Counties for which she conducts legal investigations, prepares court evaluator’s reports and attends court hearings. Additionally, Anna Gavrysh has handled a number of purchase and sale closings of residential real estate. Anna Gavrysh is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. This diligent and kind attorney creates a sense of calm in her relationships with clients and their families.
