Ariella T. Gasner Esq.

Ariella T. Gasner, Esq. is a Partner with the law firm of Salem, Shor & Saperstein LLP. Her practice focuses on Trusts and Estates and Elder Law with a primary focus on Guardianship matters. Ms. Gasner represents families in contested guardianship proceedings. She also serves as a Guardian, Court Evaluator and Counsel for Alleged Incapacitated Individuals pursuant to part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge of the NYS Unified Court System. Ms. Gasner received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College and her Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar. Ms. Gasner Co-Chaired the Nassau County Bar Association Elder Law, Social Services & Health Advocacy Committee from September 2021- August 2022 and Chaired the Committee from September 2022-August 2023. Ms. Gasner is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Elder Law Section, the Jewish Lawyers Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
