Cheryl Zimmerli

Ms. Zimmerli joined the firm upon graduating from Fordham University School of Law. She is currently the managing attorney. With seventeen years of experience Cheryl has had tremendous success with summary judgment motions and she also directs all of the associates through discovery and depositions while keeping an eye on every case in the office. She defends our clients at depositions and has been involved with the defense of hospital liability claims as well as defending cases brought against one of the largest anesthesia practices in the country. As managing attorney Cheryl assigns every case to one of the teams that will handle the case up to the time of trial.
