About Dan L. Wugman
Dan Wugman obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1996 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University Law School in 1999. He began practicing in the field of workers' compensation in 2002. At that time, Mr. Wugman worked for a highly respected workers' compensation insurance defense firm where he spent seven years learning how to successfully defend a variety of workers' compensation claims. Since that time, Mr. Wugman has represented injured workers throughout the state of New York, using his knowledge of how the insurance companies work and think to his clients' advantage.
