Daniela D. Campoli

DANIELA D. CAMPOLI assists clients in Estate Planning, Trust preparation, Estate Litigation and Administration including, will contests, probate litigation, inheritance disputes, trust litigation, Supreme Court matters and Surrogate’s Court cases involving executors, beneficiaries and trustees. In addition, she assists and advises clients with respect to Medicaid planning as well as disputes and issues that arise necessitating a Medicaid Fair Hearing. Prior to coming to Connors & Sullivan, Ms. Campoli worked at a Personal injury and medical malpractice law firm for seven years as a Paralegal and eventually an Attorney. She handled all aspects, of civil litigation from the initial case intake to the completion of the matter. Ms. Campoli graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and then attended Pace University School of Law graduating with her J.D. degree.
