David Haber

David Haber is an attorney at Cobert, Haber & Haber with expertise in complex litigation. David has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in Federal and State Courts in a variety of matters, including commercial, personal injury, and intellectual property litigation. David is also active in the firm's transactional practice, representing institutional lenders in making secured loans to New York City Taxi Medallion Owners. David is admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and is experienced in prosecuting trademark applications on behalf of both established entities and individuals starting new businesses. Prior to joining Cobert, Haber & Haber, David worked at a large New York City firm where he represented leaders in the pharmaceutical industry in protecting their patents against generic challengers. David is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. David is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Duke University.
