Elizabeth J. Grogan

Elizabeth Grogan attended the University of Maine and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English with a Business minor in 1999. She earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2003 where she graduated magna cum laude. She was then selected for a year-long clerkship with the Appellate Division, Third Department. Following the completion of that clerkship, Elizabeth entered private practice serving as a litigation associate with Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP. She was elevated to the level of partner in 2014 at that firm. Elizabeth has spent her entire career as a litigator practicing in the areas of serious personal injury litigation, product liability, trucking/automobile liability, construction accident defense, toxic tort defense and medical/dental malpractice defense. She is a past recipient of the Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40 Award and currently serves as an officer on the Board of the Albany County Bar Association. Elizabeth is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association and serves on the Third Judicial Department’s Character and Fitness Committee.
