Eric Nass is the owner of Eric M. Nass Attorney at Law, PLLC. Eric and his team are dedicated to assisting people injured in the workplace through the New York State Workers' Compensation system to ensure that they receive the maximum benefits that they are entitled to. Suffering a workplace injury is a traumatic event and many are concerned about simply making ends meet while recovering from an injury. Eric Nass prides himself on helping people in this unfortunate situation navigate this complex system allowing his clients to focus on getting healthy and/or back to work. Eric Nass received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
