About Eric T. Vallone Esq.
Eric loves Western New York, and always wanted to make the area his home. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Lancaster, New York, Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, and the University at Buffalo Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude. Eric joined the predecessor to The Vallone Law Firm in 2007 soon after being licensed to practice law. Through the eight years since, he has counseled thousands of clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including first-time home buyers, real estate investors, and everything in between. Eric has also represented both institutional and private lenders in the course of mortgage closings. In addition to real estate, Eric frequently counsels clients regarding their estate plans, elder law issues, and planning for nursing home care. Eric also represents executors, administrators, and beneficiaries during the probate process. When he isn’t practicing law, Eric spends lots of time with his wife, Amanda, and their son, Aiden. The Vallones are often outdoors when Buffalo weather allows, enjoying concerts, festivals, and walks in the city. Awards and Honors Super Lawyers® Selectees Eric T.
