Gene Leyn

Gene Leyn graduated from Hunter College in 2005 and from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2010. Mr. Leyn has been representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board since 2018. Mr. Leyn has experience in handling a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims, including construction accidents, occupational diseases and 9/11 World Trade Center Article 8-A claims. Prior to concentrating his practice in workers’ compensation, Mr. Leyn worked as an investigative attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District, focusing on investigating large financial institutions for their role in the Financial Collapse of 2008 and working on maximizing monetary recovery for the tax payers of the United States.
