Harry J. Forrest

Harry Forrest focuses his legal practice on Personal Injury Claims involving motor vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, fall down accidents and wrongful death. He also practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Business Counseling and Corporate Law. He has successfully handled cases in both federal and state courts and has tried cases to verdict involving claims for personal injury, property damage, contract disputes and constitutional civil rights violations. Harry is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport where he obtained a dual degree, magna cum laude, in criminal justice and psychology. He then obtained his law degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Harry is admitted to practice law in all New York State courts, the Western District of New York at the United States Western District of New York, as well as the Federal Court of Claims in Washington D.C. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Academy of Medical/Legal Professionals. Harry serves as a board member and general counsel for The Parkinsons Association of Western New York, Inc. and has recently been selected to the New York Super Lawyers - Upstate Edition 2010.
