Ivana Garbowski Esq.

Ivana Garbowski joined Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. in 2017 with an emphasis in class action litigation, and serves in an Of Counsel capacity with the Firm. In addition, she maintains a practice focused in the areas of bankruptcy as it pertains to creditor’s rights, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, and real estate law. Ms. Garbowski is also licensed as a real estate broker in the State of New York and works with landlords in the context of commercial leasing, as well as property management. Ms. Garbowski received her J.D. degree in 2012 from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2013. Ms. Garbowski is also admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and is presently working towards admission to the Florida State Bar.
