James J. Accardi

Mr. Accardi is a graduate Hofstra University and obtained his law degree from Ohio Northern University. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal Fraternity, and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. After a period of general practice primarily in the fields of trusts & estates, family law and criminal law, he entered into the practice of Workers Compensation Law wherein he represented both claimants and carriers for six years before joining Sherman, Federman Sambur & Levine, LLP in the year 2000. Because of his varied experience he has handled every element of workers? compensation claims from the initial interview of clients, through preparation for Appellate Division presentation.
