Jason Smollar Esq.

Mr. Smollar is a highly skilled trial attorney and senior partner at the Firm where he focuses on Workers’ Compensation litigation. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Smollar received his B.A. at Binghamton University where he double-majored in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics & Law. Mr. Smollar completed his J.D. at The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan. While at Cardozo, Mr. Smollar was a senior editor on the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Smollar is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is a current member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and the NYS Bar Association.
